The support desk

Bring a contract address and a question. We answer with numbers read off Robinhood Chain, not with a template. Every reply comes from someone who works on the engine.

What is this about?

With a contract attached we can answer in numbers instead of generalities.

Used only to write back to you. No list, no resale, no tracking pixel in the reply.

How to reach us

Best for anything with a transaction hash attached.

The fastest route. Browse the answer templates, or leave your question in the same place.

Every answer the desk gives most often is published on Telegram, so the common questions are covered whether or not anyone is at the desk.

Things we will never ask you for

  • A seed phrase, a private key, or a keystore file
  • A transfer to an address quoted in a chat message
  • Screen sharing, remote access, or a browser extension we sent you
  • Custody of your token, your liquidity, or your deployer wallet

The only address you ever send anything to is the one the console prints on screen before you sign. Anyone contacting you first, in our name, asking for anything on that list, is not us.

Answers before you write

These are the questions the desk actually receives, grouped the way they arrive. If one of them is your question, the answer is here and you do not need to wait for a reply.

Planning a run

What should I set volume, makers and duration to?

Send the contract and what you are timing the run around, and we will come back with a specific triple rather than a range. As a starting point: a curve-stage token is better served by a long window and small orders, a graduated pool tolerates heavier sizing over a shorter one. The console re-solves maker count whenever you edit a size range, so the totals always reconcile with your target.

How long should a run last?

Long enough that the turnover, order count and participant count all move together. A target compressed into twenty minutes produces one candle and one spike; the same target across twelve hours produces a shape that holds a token in the feeds for the rest of the day. If nothing is scheduled around the run, stretching the window costs nothing extra and buys more visibility.

Is there a best moment to run one?

On top of something that already deserves attention: a listing going live, a post that travelled, the last stretch before graduation. Activity brings people to look. It does not give them a reason to stay. Running into a dead week is the most common way to spend a fee for nothing.

Can I run before my token graduates?

Yes, as long as the token has a live venue that accepts routed orders. Curve-stage books are thin, so large orders move the price more than they move the ranking. The console shows graduation progress before anything is paid so you can size against the venue you actually have.

Should I go buy heavy or keep both sides balanced?

Both sides. Flow that only buys reads as one wallet accumulating, and the aggregators weigh participant spread as heavily as turnover. The balance slider exists so you can lean the ratio without removing the other side entirely.

Payments and tracing

What exactly do I pay, and when?

A flat 1% of the volume you order, in ETH, once, before execution opens. A 10 ETH run costs 0.10 ETH plus your own gas. Nothing is charged afterwards, there is no subscription, and there is no per-maker fee.

My payment went through but nothing started.

Send the transaction hash from Robinscan and the wallet you paid from. Those two together are enough to trace a run end to end. Payments are matched on chain, so a confirmed transfer to the address shown in the console is always recoverable, even if the browser tab closed a second later.

Why did the receiving address change between two visits?

Payments rotate across a pool of addresses so that runs do not all land in one place. That is expected. What matters is that the address you send to is the one rendered in the console during that session, not one you saved from last time or received in a message.

Can I get a refund?

If execution never opened, yes, and the transaction hash is all we need to check. If the run executed, the orders are already on chain and the fee is spent. We would rather talk before a run than argue after one, which is why the desk answers sizing questions for free.

Technical

The console says my contract is not on Pons.

The engine resolves tokens against the Pons catalogue and directly against Robinhood Chain over RPC. If a fresh token is not recognised, give the catalogue a few minutes and reload. If it still is not found, the token was probably minted somewhere other than the Pons launchpad, and this engine is not the right tool for it.

My wallet will not connect, or connects to the wrong network.

The console adds and selects Robinhood Chain for you, but a wallet that already has a pending request will reject the next one. Close any open wallet popup, reload the page, and connect again. On mobile, open the site inside the wallet browser rather than a standalone browser.

Why do the telemetry numbers differ from what I see elsewhere?

The monitor refreshes every five minutes and publishes exactly what it read, with no smoothing and no back-fill. If a figure cannot be read on a given cycle, the page says so instead of showing a stale number. Anything that disagrees with the chain is a bug we want to hear about.

Do you have an API?

Yes, read-only JSON, no key and no sign-up, documented on the monitor page. It serves the same data the monitor renders. Cached for five minutes at the edge, so polling faster than that returns an identical payload.

Trust and scope

Do you take custody of anything at any point?

No. One signed transfer covers the fee. There is no deposit, no token approval over your supply, and no key handover. The engine is structurally unable to move your token or your liquidity.

Do you support launchpads other than Pons?

No, and that is deliberate. Venue resolution, pacing and order sizing are tuned around how fixed-supply Pons tokens behave either side of graduation. If your token was minted elsewhere on Robinhood Chain, say so in your message and we will point you somewhere better rather than take a run we cannot serve properly.

Will this move my price?

Activity is not demand. A run changes where a token appears on the surfaces traders browse. Whether anybody buys is decided by the token. Any tool promising a price outcome is selling a story, and we would rather lose the sale than tell it.

What do you do with what I send you?

Reply to it. Nothing you type into the form is added to a mailing list, sold, or used to profile you, and the reply carries no tracking pixel.
